SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs, together with applicable taxes, are added in addition to the product prices. Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the countries in European Union that are listed further below.
We do not ship products to islands neither in Germany nor in any other country. All shipping costs are calculated including VAT.
For orders within Germany
We charge shipping costs of 5.95 €. For orders within Germany whose value exceeds 59.00 €, free shipping is applied.
For orders to other EU countries
We charge a shipping fee of 19,95 € for packages up to 10kg.
Delivery times
If no specific time period is indicated on the order, the supply of the goods takes 2 to 4 business days for orders within Germany. For orders outside of Germany, the supply of goods takes 2 to 8 business days.
Please be informed that there is no delivery of goods on Sundays and on public holidays.
If you have placed an order for items with varying delivery schedules, we will consolidate the shipment, unless we have mutually agreed upon alternative arrangements. In such instances, the delivery timeline will be based on the item with the longest specified delivery time among those you've ordered.
