Based in Düsseldorf, Germany, Gourmie Goods is a foodie community and an online shop offering highly curated range of specialty food and drinks, directly sourced from Europe's best artisan makers and modern independent brands. From organic craft drinks, to small-batch hot sauces, and beautifully-packaged snacks and sweets - our hand-picked selection is a true celebration of craft, design, and mind-blowing flavours. 

Behind Gourmie Goods is a designer and tech duo, Baiba Soika and Marcis Lakstigala. Gourmie Goods is a story of two total foodies frustrated with the limited accessibility and lack of variety of sustainable, unique products in stores, and obsessed with changing it. In 2023, we founded Gourmie Goods with a mission: to make Europe’s best artisanal products accessible to people and break all the outdated practices and stigmas that surround the traditional gourmet and specialty food space. This distinctive ethos permeates every aspect of our operations — from how we source our products to the exceptional service we provide to our customers.

At Gourmie Goods we do things differently. Firstly, we set ourselves apart by meticulously curating our range. Leveraging our extensive network in the specialty food sector, we select the most authentic products from producers who have mastered their craft. This makes us the go-to destination for customers discovering and trying products from previously unknown brands.

Secondly, we uphold a transparent pricing policy, consistently offering products at or below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. This ensures our customers access Europe’s finest products at the same price as offered in the manufacturer’s own shop or even lower, with the added flexibility to order small quantities — ideal for those just beginning to explore our offerings.

Finally, we take sustainability seriously and are mindful about our overall footprint. We offer mostly vegan products that have been honestly and responsibly produced from local, natural ingredients, we ship in FSC-certified cardboard boxes, and recycle in cooperation with Grüne Punkt and RESY, among other things.

Our entire assortment is mostly vegan. Sustainability and responsibility to human and planetary health are key criteria in our selection of products and brands we work with. As of January 2024, only one of our products is vegetarian (contains honey) rather than vegan; all other items in our range are fully vegan.

We take brand research and product curation very seriously. Before deciding to work with a brand and include their products in our range, we thoroughly vet each one.

Our selection process prioritizes clean, concise ingredient lists, beautiful design, the artistry and craft of the making process, products produced in an honest and responsible manner, and, of course, incredible taste that leaves us craving for more. We offer shipping across the EU. In Germany, delivery typically takes 2-4 working days at a cost of 4.99 €. Orders exceeding 49€ enjoy free shipping. For local deliveries within the Düsseldorf Metropolitan area, the cost is only 2.99€, with free shipping for orders above 49€. No, we don't. We operate primarily online, ensuring 24/7 availability for our customers. You can also find us at select events, and we're exploring the idea of our own showroom and pop-up opportunities with other brands.
