Products are always vegan and made of natural ingredients, mostly organic and often hand-made. Plus, you can save up to 20% and always receive free shipping.
What is the cost of the Gourmie Box subscription?
The Gourmie Box subscription costs 49.99 € per month. However, you can save 10% with the 3 Month Plan and 20% with the 6 Month Plan compared to purchasing items individually. Additionally, free shipping is always included.
How often will I receive my Gourmie Box?
You will receive your Gourmie Box once a month, with each box delivered straight to your door. Your first box will be shipped within 2-4 working days after placing your order. Subsequent boxes will be shipped on the same date as your first box. If the shipping date falls on a public holiday or weekend, it will be moved to the next working day.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can easily manage, skip or cancel your subscription through your account on our website. Our subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term unless it is cancelled in time. With the Flexible Plan, your subscription extends monthly and is cancelable anytime. For the 3 or 6 Month Plans, you'll transition to the Flexible Plan after the chosen period (3 or 6 months) has been reached.
If needed, you can skip your subscription for a month without being charged. Your subscription will resume automatically after 30 days.
What if I am not satisfied with my Gourmie Box?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your box, please contact us at hi@gourmiegoods.com for assistance, replacement, or refund. Refunds are possible within 14 days of receiving your box; however, as a small business, we are unable to cover return costs. We appreciate your understanding.
