SOLO Negral comes from centenary olive trees in the picturesque Barcedana Valley, Pallars Jussà. The Negral olive has a low polyphenol content, resulting in a smooth, balanced, and aromatic oil. It has intense fruitiness and bright green colour. Harvested in November 2023, cold-pressed, and fairly made in small batches.
