SOLO Verdial comes from centuries-old olive trees in the fertile lands of Las Vegas Bajas del Guadiana. The large verdial olives yield a yellow oil with green reflections, featuring medium-high fruitiness with tones of almond and ripe fruits. It has a pleasant and sweet flavor, with bitterness and light spiciness. Harvested in November 2023, cold-pressed, and fairly made in small batches.
