Lionel, impressed by Charlotte’s creations, was inspired to help share this delightful experience with the world, leading to the birth of Bamboo Breakfast. 

From their first batches in a small kitchen to their current success, Bamboo Breakfast has grown into a beloved brand known for its artisanal granola. Handcrafted with locally sourced French and Belgian oats, caramelized to perfection, their granola features ingredients like Belgian Callebaut chocolate, Canadian maple syrup, and Fleur de Sel de Guérande.
