SHIPPING TERMS
We ship exclusively within Germany using DHL. All shipments are sent climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen.
Orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. All shipping costs include VAT.
We do not ship to German islands.
Shipping costs within Germany
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order:
- up to 3 kg: €6.95
- 4 to 7 kg: €7.95
- 8 to 10 kg: €8.95
- 11 to 20 kg: €15.95
- 21 to 30 kg: €20.95
Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €59.00 or more.
Delivery times
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, we generally ship the entire order together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.
