Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
If multiple goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the last item.
If the goods are delivered on a regular basis over a defined period of time, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the first delivery.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
You may do so by:
• using the withdrawal button available on our website;
• completing and submitting the model withdrawal form below;

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will promptly provide confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (for example, by email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
Many food products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal due to their nature, limited shelf life, or for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
