GOURMIE BOX SUBSCRIPTION

Gourmie Box subscription is a subscription box service offered in various durations that includes monthly subscription box delivery and other subscriber benefits.
To sign up for a Gourmie Box subscription, you must create an account with Gourmie Goods and provide a valid credit/debit card.

 

1. Placing the order for the subscription
When placing your first order for the subscription, you agree that we will automatically place and ship the monthly Gourmie Box to you every 30 days until you change or cancel the subscription.

 

2. Payment
The payment method used for your first subscription order will be used in all your subsequent subscription orders until your subscription is cancelled or changed. All subsequent subscription orders will be charged on the same day as the first subscription order.

If the payment method is declined, your order will not be processed and a notification will be sent to the email you provided to update your payment information. Until then, your subscription order will not be placed and the monthly Gourmie Box will not be sent to you. Once the payment method is updated and the payment is received, the subscription order will be placed and processed.

 

3. Notifications
All the communication including but not limited to updates, cancellations, and changes related to your Gourmie Box subscription will be sent to the e-mail that you provided during your purchase of the Gourmie Box subscription.

 

4. Subscription price
Gourmie Box subscription price depends on the duration of the subscription. All subscription prices listed on the website include VAT. The price for all subsequent subscriptions will remain the same as the initial subscription order unless we explicitly communicate otherwise. We reserve the right to change the price for Gourmie Box subscription at any time. Any such change will be communicated to new and existing subscribers 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Gourmie Box subscription indicates your acceptance of the new subscription price and terms.


5. Frequency
Upon placing the first subscription order, the subsequent orders will be processed and shipped every 30 days to the address you have provided in your Gourmie Goods account. The customer is obliged to keep the delivery address data in their Gourmie Goods account up to date.

In your Gourmie Goods account you can skip the upcoming order. The order frequency will not change but you will then not be charged for the upcoming order that you have skipped.

 

6. Changes
We reserve the right to change and update the offer, price of the subscription, or other subscription-related terms at any time. These terms and conditions will be updated accordingly when such changes are made. In the event of changes to the subscription terms, you will be notified 30 days before the changes come into effect. Your continued use of the Gourmie Box subscription indicates your acceptance of the new subscription terms and conditions.

 

7. Product changes
A key part of our subscription is to offer a variety of individual products in a single subscription order. Therefore, the individual products, their appearance, nutritional value, and ingredients in the order can change from order to order. You are not eligible for a return or exchange of individual products if the individual products included in the subscription order are not suitable for your consumption due to personal preferences or allergies. It is not possible to request to include a specific product in any of the following orders.

 

8. Cancellation
Depending on your subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time if you are on the flexible plan. For 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans, you may cancel at any time after the initial commitment period has ended. You can cancel the subscription by logging into your Gourmie Goods account or by contacting us directly at hi@gourmiegoods.com or through other contact methods as described in Section 20 CONTACT INFORMATION. Upon cancellation you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the 30 day membership period.

 

9.Refunds
