Chilli Chan's represents the journey of founder Eyan who was born in Hong Kong, raised in Sydney, and eventually relocated to Europe. Drawing inspiration from her Taiwanese mom's homemade chili and XO sauces, Eyan decided to create her own modern interpretation during the 2021 lockdown.
