Papa Anzóis ✹ Parchal, Portugal

Sardines with Lemon and Virgin Olive Oil, 120g

Sardines with Lemon and Virgin Olive Oil, 120g

Bright and delicately balanced, these hand-packed sardines are preserved with slices of lemon and a drizzle of virgin olive oil. The result is a fresh, slightly tangy flavour that lifts the richness of the fish without overpowering it. Crafted on Portugal’s southern coast by Papa Anzóis using certified artisanal methods. Serve with new potatoes, in a light salad, or on buttered rye bread.
