A rare Frantoio extra virgin olive oil from Andalusia, crafted in small quantities by brothers José and Manolo Jiménez on their Posadas Ricas estate in Jaén. The Frantoio olive, originally from Tuscany, is rarely found in Spain – making this limited edition a true find for food and olive oil lovers. Harvested in November 2024 and cold extracted to preserve its delicate character, SOLO Frantoio offers a medium-intense fruitiness with floral notes, gentle bitterness, and soft spice. Its golden-green color and balanced taste leave an elegant finish on the palate.

Based between San Sebastian, Jaen, und Madrid, SOLO is a small-batch extra virgin olive oil company founded in 2018 by siblings Ana and Juan Vargas Azorit as a tribute to their grandfather, Juan Antonio. Rooted in family heritage, their journey began with bottling 250 liters of olive oil sourced from trees nurtured by their grandfather and great-grandparents.
