Cold-pressed in October 2024, SOLO Negral single-variety extra virgin olive oil comes from centuries-old olive trees in the Barcedana Valley, Pallars Jussà (Lleida) and is limited to 600 bottles. The Negral olive produces a smooth, balanced and aromatic oil with intense fruitiness and a bright green color with golden reflections. Ideal for everyday cooking in a practical 500ml bottle.

Based between San Sebastian, Jaen, und Madrid, SOLO is a small-batch extra virgin olive oil company founded in 2018 by siblings Ana and Juan Vargas Azorit as a tribute to their grandfather, Juan Antonio.
