With intense fruitiness, a vibrant green color and notes of grass, artichoke and olive leaf, this single-variety extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Picual olives is a true masterpiece. It comes from centuries-old trees in the Los Capachos olive grove in Baños de la Encina, Jaén, and was cold-pressed in October 2024. Manually harvested and produced exclusively using mechanical processes, this oil reflects the tradition of the Vargas Azorit family. Limited to 2000 bottles.

Based between San Sebastian, Jaen, und Madrid, SOLO is a small-batch extra virgin olive oil company founded in 2018 by siblings Ana and Juan Vargas Azorit as a tribute to their grandfather, Juan Antonio. Rooted in family heritage, their journey began with bottling 250 liters of olive oil sourced from trees nurtured by their grandfather and great-grandparents.
