Filter Coffee Beans – Arara Honey Almeida Barreto Brasil, 250g
Filter Coffee Beans – Arara Honey Almeida Barreto Brasil, 250g
This Honey-processed Arara from Casa Almeida Barreto is sweet, layered, and deeply expressive, with notes of nougat, milk chocolate, and ripe yellow plum. Grown at 1200 masl in Minas Gerais, this lot reflects the estate’s unique background in both winemaking and agronomy. Originally founded to produce wine, the family later embraced the potential of the farm’s established coffee trees — applying the precision and scientific approach of enology to specialty coffee. Fermentation and drying are continuously refined using stainless-steel wine tanks and controlled techniques, resulting in clean, structured flavor profiles. A standout Brazilian filter coffee that balances sweetness, depth, and clarity.

That spark became the foundation for Swerl.
In 2019, the couple launched their first mobile coffee bar in a converted 1972 Mercedes bus on the beaches of Falkenberg. Through summers in Sweden and winters in Lisbon, they refined their understanding of sourcing, roasting,...
