A deep, complex smoke flavor from the finest Extremadura (Spain) holm oak-smoked peppers, combined with brown sugar-caramelized Belgian red onions, and Habanero peppers, grown in the heart of Brussels, on the roof of the Abattoirs d'Anderlecht. In addition to smoky and sweet, Sri Lankan black pepper and fresh garlic give the sauce a savoury edge, which is rounded out with slight acidity thanks to organic cider vinegar. Handmade in Belgium in microbatches, it is versatile enough to pair with any dish. Heat level 4/10.
