A true Breton specialty, handmade from slowly cooked apples and salted butter caramel, resulting in a rich, gently savoury sweetness with notes of Tarte Tatin. Cœur de Breizh, a salted butter caramel apple jam made by La Cour d’Orgères in Quiberon, France, combines melt-in-the-mouth apples with creamy caramel made using fresh cream, butter and Guérande salt. Silky, rounded and incredibly indulgent, it pairs well with pancakes, waffles or spooned over vanilla ice cream.

Apples (EU) 54% (apples, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), sugar, salted butter caramel 11%* (sugar, crème fraîche, fresh butter 18%, glucose syrup, Guérande salt 0.5%, Guérande fleur de sel 0.1%), lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin. *Equivalent to 14% in the final product. May contain traces of tree nuts.
