Sparkling Pet Nat Kombucha from BOUCHE in Berlin: A fine harmony of hibiscus infusion and jasmine tea, complemented by the interplay of Idaho7 and Amarillo hops. Dry, sweet-fruity character against a floral background and aromatic acidity. The elegant finish has a subtle bergamot bitterness. A perfect accompaniment to food or enjoyed on its own.
