Founded in 2016, Chimac originated from a trip to Seoul, where founders Sofia and Garret fell head over heels in love with Korean fried chicken. Fresh back from the trip, both were experimenting, frying chicken day and night in their small galley kitchen in Dublin. This passion resulted in the creation of a unique menu featuring flavorful sauces, giving rise to their restaurant, Chimac.
