Storage

Use all parts of the plant. You’ll need 2-3 springs (1g) per cup, dosage on taste. Brew for 4 minutes at 95°C and cover. Strain and serve warm or at room temperature. This bag makes about 40 generous portions. Store in a dark and dry place.
