Fished in the Baltic Sea, Fangst’s brisling are hand-prepared and preserved in organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil with just a touch of salt. Enjoy straight from the tin with great sourdough, butter, a bit of mayo, and pickled onions for a satisfying, protein-rich snack.
