Collection: Fangst

Rooted in Nordic waters, forests, and traditions, Fangst crafts exceptional tinned seafood with a deep respect for nature and the old ways of preserving it — curing, smoking, and canning. From wild brisling caught in the Baltic Sea to mussels from the Limfjord and cod liver from Iceland, each can offers a pure taste of the North, subtly enhanced with organic herbs, berries, and cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2018 by Martin and Rasmus, Fangst (Danish for "catch") is all about making Nordic fish a centrepiece at the table — ready to serve, easy to share, and full of natural flavour. Whether it’s a quick snack or a Nordic-style tapas meal, Fangst encourages slower meals and simpler pleasures.

Complementing this is Høst (Danish for “harvest”), a plant-based line of organic spreads, pickles, mayos, and crispbread. Made of ingredients found in Nordic fields and forests, Høst is the perfect pairing for Fangst’s seafood. Together, the two brands share a vision of modern, sustainable Nordic eating rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and craft.
