Fangst ✹ Copenhagen, Denmark
Greenland Halibut with Arctic Thyme, 110g
Greenland Halibut with Arctic Thyme, 110g
Greenland halibut with wild Arctic thyme — a clean, understated expression of North Atlantic cooking. In Greenland, fishing is a way of life, and halibut is considered one of the region’s most prized catches. Fangst cooks the fish gently to preserve its silky texture, then finishes it with hand-harvested Arctic thyme, a traditional Greenlandic herb known as tupaarnaq. Its bright, aromatic character lifts the halibut’s natural delicacy without overpowering it. Enjoy with warm potatoes, dark bread, or straight from the tin for a quietly elegant Nordic meal.
