Fangst ✹ Copenhagen, Denmark

Smoked Sprats with Heather and Chamomile, 100g

Smoked Sprats with Heather and Chamomile, 100g

Brisling sprats, fished in the Baltic Sea and once a coastal staple, are reimagined by Fangst as the Nordic sardine. Smoked and delicately infused with heather and chamomile, they offer a savoury depth with subtle floral notes. Enjoy straight from the tin, on rye bread, or paired with pickled vegetables and crisp salads.
