Lightly smoked over beech wood and gently spiced with white pepper and wild garlic, this Atlantic herring from the Norwegian Sea captures both coast and forest. Fangst’s fillets are preserved in organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil with a touch of white pepper and ramson. Enjoy on toasted sourdough with crème fraîche and dill, or flaked into a warm lentil salad.
