Slow-grown in the cold waters of Denmark’s Limfjorden, these blåmuslinger (blue mussels) offer a fresh, oceanic flavour and delicate texture. Fangst preserves them in organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil, apple vinegar, dill and fennel seeds. Enjoy straight from the tin, on rye bread, or tossed with warm potatoes and herbs.
