A blend of tradition and modern flavour, this paté combines cardoncelli mushrooms from Azienda Agricola Pietro Capone with the deep umami of red miso. The result is a smooth, creamy texture enriched by a delicate crunch from the prized ‘Filippo Cea’ almond. Rich, warm, and quietly complex, it adds surprising depth wherever it’s used. Spread on crostini or crackers for elegant appetizers, or stir into risottos, vegetables, or main dishes for an expressive finish.
