Crafted in Puglia in small batches using local, seasonal ingredients: Hokkaido pumpkin, potato, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and nutmeg – nothing more, nothing less. Materia’s Pumpkin Cream is ideal as a base for creamy soups, stirred into pasta, or baked into savoury pies and quiches. Smooth texture, vibrant orange colour, and a balanced sweet-herb flavour.
