Their contrast creates a bold, expressive cream where gentle vegetal bitterness merges with concentrated tomato sweetness, resulting in a deep, rounded flavour. Ideal for quick pasta dishes, folded into sandwiches, focaccia, or friselle, or used to add character to vegetables, white meats, or fish.
