A meeting of two southern Italy classics: earthy turnip greens grown around Minervino Murge in Puglia and intensely flavourful sun-dried datterino tomatoes. Their contrast creates a bold, expressive cream where gentle vegetal bitterness merges with concentrated tomato sweetness, resulting in a deep, rounded flavour. Ideal for quick pasta dishes, folded into sandwiches, focaccia, or friselle, or used to add character to vegetables, white meats, or fish. A distinctive taste of Puglia, crafted in Italy with simple, honest ingredients.
