1 x Trout with Miso & Ginger, 140g:
Delicate Pyrenean trout paired with white miso, fresh ginger, and a dash of rice vinegar. A subtle balance of umami, freshness, and light sweetness – a refined fusion of Japanese inspiration and French finesse. Ideal in rice bowls, noodle dishes, or simply on toasted bread.

1 x Smoked Mackerel in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 140g:
Gently smoked over beechwood and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. The mackerel’s firm texture and deep, clean flavor reflect the best of Basque seafood tradition. Perfect on sourdough, with pickled vegetables, or in protein-rich salads.

Storage: store cool or at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.
