In collaboration with the Caelles family of mountain olive growers, it celebrates the native arbequina olive. Cold-pressed and produced exclusively using mechanical processes. With a balanced bitterness and a hint of spiciness, this high-quality extra virgin olive oil is limited to just 500 bottles.

The story behind Solo Aceite

Based between San Sebastian, Jaen, und Madrid, Solo is a small-batch extra virgin olive oil company founded in 2018 by siblings Ana and Juan Vargas Azorit as a tribute to their grandfather, Juan Antonio. Rooted in family heritage, their journey began with bottling 250 liters of olive oil sourced from trees nurtured by their grandfather and great-grandparents.
