The set contains 4 products:

1 x Rosemary Leaves, 14g: Hand-harvested from small farms in Central Greece and the Aegean Islands, then shade-dried to retain their piney, gently floral aroma. More balanced and less bitter than common varieties. Crush before use for roasts, marinades and spice blends.

1 x Smoked Chili Flakes, 50g: Rare Karatzova peppers from Almopia in Northern Greece, slow-smoked over birch wood for 10 days. Sweet, earthy heat with rounded smokiness. Sprinkle over baked feta, stews or grilled vegetables.

1 x Wild Thyme Flowers, 14g: Foraged from Greece’s rocky coastlines and carefully dried. Delicate blossoms with woody, herbal intensity. Pair with lemon and olive oil for roasted potatoes, marinades or vegetable pickles.

1 x Selected Bay Leaves, 6g: Hand-picked from mature trees and naturally air-dried to preserve warm notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. One leaf is enough for soups, stews and legume dishes; remove before serving.

For maximum flavour and lasting freshness, store the herbs in an airtight container in a cool, dark place such as a drawer or kitchen cupboard. This helps preserve their quality over time.
