The Solo Aceite tasting set brings together Negral and Arbequina from the Barcedana Valley in Pallars Jussà, northeast Spain, and Picual from Baños de la Encina in Jaén, southern Spain. Expect vivid green colour, fresh grass and artichoke notes, and balanced fruitiness. Taste side by side or drizzle over vegetables, fish and warm bread.
